Hennessy X.O celebrates the Spirit of Travel: Shanghai’s inspiring history, vibrant energy and daring architectural landmarks come to life on a collectible limited-edition decanter.

Audry Collection 78 is a unique eau-de-vie, a very old Grande Champagne from 1978. This 49° "brut de fût" is a 1978 single cask with an infinitely complex aromatic palette, a sensory journey, an invitation to contemplation in a resolutely Audry style. Limited edition of only 288 numbered decanters, enhanced by a hand-made, custom-made ceramic cap.

2011 turned out to be the hottest year in France since weather records began a century ago. One of the main features of 2011 was an exceptionally warm and dry spring and fall. April and October were the hottest months on record, with April exceeding the average by more than 4.2°C. The hot, dry weather resulted in the exceptional 2011 vintage of Petite Champagne.

This new limited edition of Hennessy X.O is the result of an encounter between generative art, innovation and know-how.  Each of the 40 numbered decanters features a singular, customizable design, generated by a series of algorithms specially programmed by French artist Florian Zumbrunn.
