Faithful to the BOURGOIN COGNAC philosophy, this cognac is the exact reflection of the terroir from which it was born. This eau-de-vie is unassembled, unreduced and unfiltered. Each selected cask is bottled separately, the provenance of the vintage and the plot being meticulously traced. The sub-draft is done, by gravity, in quadrature of the moon to benefit from the mechanics of fluids.
