Maxime Trijol Petite Champagne 1993 is a Cognac with an orange, limpid robe. On the nose, a beautiful harmony of floral notes, cooked fruit, Morello cherry and spices mixed with a woodiness and rancio sufficiently melted to contribute to a balanced whole. Roundness and finesse emerge from this beautiful eau-de-vie.
