R. Pouillon Solera is a blend of all the House's vintages since 1997 to 2016 using the Solera method. This cuvée reflects the Pouillon terroir over the long term.

David Léclapart's Cuvée l'Amateur is defined as: "a person who loves, cultivates and seeks certain things". A 100% Chardonnay Champagne from a selection of plots representative of the Trépail terroir.

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is made from Chardonnay Première presse, coming exclusively from grands crus from the heart of the famous “Côte des Blancs”. A large proportion of reserve wines (25 vintages since 1985) are incorporated into the blend.

Agrapart Complantée is a Cuvée made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit meslier, all from the Avize terroir. Vinification is carried out plot by plot in demi-muids and from the 2018 (80%) and 2017 (20%) harvests.

Egly-Ouriet Les Vignes de Bisseuil is a Champagne produced from the Chardonnay vines of the Egly-Ouriet vineyard located in the terroir of Bisseuil classified 1er Cru.

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Noirs is made entirely from the first pressing of pinot noir grapes from four grand crus: Verzenay, Mailly, Verzy and Bouzy. Roger Brun Ay la Pelle 2020 is a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne coming exclusively from the "La Pelle" plot located on the Ay terroir classified as Grand Cru.

Assemblage 2015 is produced exclusively from first press, from 8 great terroirs of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%), 20% of which are vinified in small old oak barrels. Eight years of aging in the cellar, including 12 months minimum of storage after disgorging, allow it to develop a feeling of gluttony and concentration served by a persistent saline freshness.
