The estate’s vineyards are primarily situated on Grand Cru terroirs, where Pinot Noir thrives, giving the Champagnes exceptional aromatic richness. Vinification follows traditional methods, with meticulous attention to fruit expression and extended aging on lees, ensuring depth and elegance in every bottle.
Roger Brun Champagnes are distinguished by their maturity and structured profile, offering a perfect balance of freshness and complexity. Among its standout cuvées, the Grand Cru Réserve Brut impresses with its harmony, while Ay La Pelle, made from a rare vineyard parcel, showcases the estate’s refinement and uniqueness.
Nicolas Maillart Rosé Grand Cru is a very technical cuvée that begins in the vineyard with the selection of plots of old Pinot Noir from the best terroirs of Bouzy. The estate uses the "saignee" method, i.e. the Pinot Noir grapes will macerate for a few hours to obtain the rosé color. Then, the Chardonnay is blended with the Pinot Noir to give freshness to this Cuvée.
Delamotte Brut is a Champagne made from 3 Champagne grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay which provides structure, 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay for depth and fruity aromas. Finally 5% of Pinot Meunier complete the aromatic density.
