In the vast concrete warehouses of the Kavalan distillery, the barrels are organized on different levels according to their size in order to obtain the best maturation conditions. The smaller barrels are placed on the lower floors while the larger ones are located on the upper floors where the higher temperature facilitates exchanges between the distillate and the wood. This Solar version constitutes the third stage of the series dedicated to Kavalan. With great freedom of expression and undeniable charm, its sensual and gourmand character evolves subtly, moving from fruity notes to floral sequences.
