Six cask finishes – small batch Bourbon casks, Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks, Madeira casks, Marsala casks, Port pipes and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques – are exquisitely married, to craft a one-of-a-kind whisky with a rich and enticing flavour profile.
In 1984, Blanton's was the first single barrel bourbon to restore American whiskey to its former glory, and later released a Gold version at 103 proof (51.5% alc). Blanton's features a higher percentage of rye in its recipe, making it drier and spicier (cinnamon and nutmeg). It offers notes of dark fruit, pecan, oak and a touch of sweetness with honey and vanilla.
Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old is a single malt whiskey, matured exclusively in old oak barrels from Jerez, impregnated with sherry and handpicked, which gives it richness and complexity. Rich notes of woody spices and dried fruits with an opulent natural golden color.

Kilchoman 100% Islay 13th Edition was distilled from the 2012, 2013 and 2014 barley harvests before being matured for a minimum of 8 years in 44 bourbon barrels. The time spent maturing in bourbon barrels has added layers of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch which balance beatifully with the natural citrus sweetness and peat smoke of the Kilchoman spirit.
