Kilkerran is an iconic whisky brand from Campbeltown, Scotland, produced by the Glengyle Distillery. Originally founded in 1872 by William Mitchell, Glengyle was revived in 2004 after nearly 80 years of silence. It is closely tied to the Mitchell family legacy, which also owns the renowned Springbank Distillery.
This small, artisanal distillery operates only three months a year (from October to December), producing around 30,000 litres annually. Each release is therefore rare and highly sought-after. Kilkerran is known for its traditional production methods: in-house floor malted barley, double distillation, on-site maturation and bottling, with no chill filtration or added colouring.
Kilkerran whiskies stand out for their complexity—gently peated, with saline, fruity and woody notes. The range includes the flagship Kilkerran 12 Year Old, a 16 Year Old, “Heavily Peated” editions, and limited releases aged in sherry, port or bourbon casks.
Proudly rooted in its Campbeltown heritage, Kilkerran offers a truly authentic and unstandardized approach to single malt whisky. A must for enthusiasts seeking character, rarity, and traditional craftsmanship.
Redbreast Irish whiskey is one of the most awarded and best-selling single pot still whiskeys in the world. Distilled three times from a blend of malted and unmalted barley, then aged in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, this whiskey develops characteristic aromas of Christmas spice cake.
Yamazaki is the pioneer of single malt Japanese whisky, born in Japan’s first and oldest malt distillery. Nestled proudly on the periphery of Kyoto, Yamazaki is renowned for its soft waters. Diverse fermentation, distillation and maturation techniques create the blending opportunities that are essential to achieving the signature subtle, refined and complex taste that is...
Corryvreckan, named after the famous and fearsome whirlpool off the Isle of Islay, is an Ardbeg expression that embodies the raw power and complexity of whiskies from this iconic distillery. This is not a whisky for the faint-hearted, but rather an intense sensory experience for lovers of bold flavors.
Kilchoman 100% Islay 13th Edition was distilled from the 2012, 2013 and 2014 barley harvests before being matured for a minimum of 8 years in 44 bourbon barrels. The time spent maturing in bourbon barrels has added layers of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch which balance beatifully with the natural citrus sweetness and peat smoke of the Kilchoman spirit.
