Indigene is a Single Malt (100% Malted Barley) elaborated from a complex blend of eaux-de-vie from the 2012 to 2019 vintages. Aging is carried out according to the eaux-de-vie in a selection of French oak barrels with varied and complementary profiles (new sessile and pedunculate oak, Cognac, Armagnac and wine).

This CRN57° 25 Years Old is a blend of the finest whiskies from the Speyside region, foreshadowing the future The Cairn 25 yo. Bottled at 43%, it's a delicious, pastry-like blended malt scotch whisky, with notes of grape, licorice and orange.

Glenmorangie 18 Year Old is a single malt scotch whiskey that has aged 15 years in American white oak barrels, then 30% is transferred to Spanish Oloroso barrels for another 3 years. Talisker 18 years old is not the most peaty of the Talisker but is characterized by its finesse, complexity and generosity. However, the finish is particularly peaty, contrary to popular belief.

Knockando Master Reserve 21 years old is a single malt with a triple maturation: first and second in Bourbon barrels and third in Sherry barrels. This particularity gives it a surprisingly soft depth and woody structure.
