Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old is a single malt whiskey, matured exclusively in old oak barrels from Jerez, impregnated with sherry and handpicked, which gives it richness and complexity. Rich notes of woody spices and dried fruits with an opulent natural golden color.

Knockando Master Reserve 21 years old is a single malt with a triple maturation: first and second in Bourbon barrels and third in Sherry barrels. This particularity gives it a surprisingly soft depth and woody structure.

In the vast concrete warehouses of the Kavalan distillery, the barrels are organized on different levels according to their size in order to obtain the best maturation conditions.
