In the vast concrete warehouses of the Kavalan distillery, the barrels are organized on different levels according to their size in order to obtain the best maturation conditions. The smaller barrels are placed on the lower floors while the larger ones are located on the upper floors where the higher temperature facilitates exchanges between the distillate and the wood....

Nikka From The Barrel is a blend of grain whisky and Miyagikyo and Yoichi single malts, showcasing the expertise of Nikka's master blenders. Lagavulin 16 Year Old is a very peaty and iodized single malt from the island of Islay belonging to the famous range of Classic Malts. On the nose, an intense peat smoke emerges as well as powerful notes of seaweed. On the palate, gourmet notes of dried fruit and powerful flavors of malted barley.

Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old is a single malt whiskey, matured exclusively in old oak barrels from Jerez, impregnated with sherry and handpicked, which gives it richness and complexity. Rich notes of woody spices and dried fruits with an opulent natural golden color.

Glenmorangie 18 Year Old is a single malt scotch whiskey that has aged 15 years in American white oak barrels, then 30% is transferred to Spanish Oloroso barrels for another 3 years. The remaining 70% continue to age in American white oak barrels for up to 18 years and finally be blended together again.

Glenfiddich 18 Years Small Batch is a scotch whisky that has aged for 18 years in ex oloroso sherry and ex bourbon barrels. An elegant, rich and pleasant whiskey marked by notes of candied fruit, dried apricot, cinnamon, caramel and dry sherry.

Created by the founder of the house, Eugène Moussé, 100 years ago, this cuvée has become a reflection of the Moussé Fils terroir. It is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest.
