Billecart-Salmon Vintage 2016 is a Champagne with an Extra Brut dosage with a dominant of great Pinots Noirs tempered by the elegance of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and a touch of Pinot Meunier as a signature.

The acidity of this great champagne has barely calmed down: under great freshness, it reveals delicately reduced notes of toast and mocha, then the wine opens up and evolves towards aromas of white truffle. This wine has a lot of breadth thanks to the Pinot Noir from Ambonnay and Dizy: in the mouth you can feel an imposing structure, with a lemony zest on the finish.

Cuvée created in tribute to the founder of the House: William Deutz. A Wine that stands out from the range by its fugue and its distinction. The blend is precise and intense revealing a complex aromatic palette and a soft and silky material.

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 is a Champagne with explosive harmony: a marriage of intensity, controlled tensions and great contrasts. The final blend reveals a unique Dom Pérignon characteristic of this very special vintage.

Nicolas Maillart Rosé Grand Cru is a very technical cuvée that begins in the vineyard with the selection of plots of old Pinot Noir from the best terroirs of Bouzy. The estate uses the "saignee" method, i.e. the Pinot Noir grapes will macerate for a few hours to obtain the rosé color. Then, the Chardonnay is blended with the Pinot Noir to give freshness to this Cuvée.

Veuve Clicquot Vintage 2015 is the 67th vintage of the House since the creation of its first Vintage Champagne in 1810. The blend is made exclusively from grapes grown on premier and grand cru terroirs. The predominance of Pinot Noir (including 13% of red still wine from Bouzy) brings the emblematic structure of Veuve Clicquot Champagnes while Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier...

Vallein-Tercinier Lot 83 Petite Champagne is a very old Cognac distilled in 1983 from vines located on the Petite Champagne Cru. The eau-de-vie aged in oak barrels until 2023. Limited edition of 570 bottles.
