Founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, Billecart-Salmon is one of the oldest and most respected Champagne houses. Located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, at the heart of the Champagne region, Billecart-Salmon is synonymous with elegance, precision, and a deep respect for tradition. This family-run house is now in its seventh generation, continuing to craft exceptional champagnes with a commitment to quality and authenticity. Billecart-Salmon’s philosophy revolves around a pursuit of perfection, combining traditional methods with modern techniques.
