Louis Roederer is an iconic Champagne house, established in 1776 in Reims. Renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to sustainable viticulture, it epitomizes the excellence of fine Champagne wines. The house is particularly famous for its legendary Cristal cuvée, a symbol of refinement and elegance. By blending tradition and innovation, Louis Roederer crafts exceptional Champagnes from grapes grown in its own vineyards, delivering a unique sensory experience.
The Memory Collection is a testament to the best vintages of Maison Alfred Gratien, which has been stored for more than 20 years in the Alfred Gratien oenotheque, in the heart of the cellars. The predominance of Chardonnay gives the 1997 vintage elegance and finesse, as well as a particular aptitude for aging.
This blend of Chardonnays of different ages constitutes 75% of the final blend of FLEUR DE MIRAVAL, the remaining 25% being made up of young Pinot Noir which gives the wine its subtle pink color. Solessence Nature is the prolonged aging of the Solessence cuvée and without dosage. Time has refined the work, the wine is expressed in its natural balance. Production limited to around 3,500 bottles per year.
Bollinger Special Cuvée is a Champagne mostly blended with reserve wines, part of which has been kept in magnums for 5 to 15 years. The maturation time is therefore much higher than the appellation standards.
