Palmer Rosé Solera is a refined and original cuvée from Champagne Palmer & Co, showcasing the house’s expertise in the art of blending. Inspired by the solera ageing method, rarely used in Champagne, this rosé is crafted through a dynamic reserve system combining several vintages to maintain consistent style and remarkable complexity.
Made primarily from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, complemented by a proportion of red Champagne wines, it displays a luminous pink hue with a fine, elegant mousse. The nose reveals aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry and citrus, supported by delicate pastry notes.
On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced, offering flavours of ripe red berries, brioche and orange zest, with a silky texture and a long, elegant finish.

Cristal Vinothèque 2004 celebrates the remarkable journey of a few bottles which were stored for 20 years in the cellars of Louis Roederer, in search of the perfect balance. The blend was aged for 9 years on "lattes", followed by 5 years on "pointes", and rested for 6 years after disgorging.
Agrapart Complantée is a Cuvée made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit meslier, all from the Avize terroir. Vinification is carried out plot by plot in demi-muids and from the 2018 (80%) and 2017 (20%) harvests.
