Moet & Chandon Collection Impériale Création No. 1 is made from a blend of 7 remarkable vintages, matured according to different maturation processes, in stainless steel tanks, oak foudres and on the lees in bottles.
Drawing on the art of selection, ageing, blending and maturation, Collection Impériale Création No. 1 is a brut nature champagne, delivering an eminently complex expression.
Their complex blend begins with the fresh Grand Vintage 2013, aged in stainless steel vats, followed by the refined 2012, the powerful 2010, the taut 2008, the full-bodied 2006, the lively 2000, aged in oak barrels, and ends with the elegant 2004, aged on the lees in bottle after the second fermentation.
Bollinger R.D. means Recently Disgorged because this cuvée is marketed a few months after its disgorgement and this despite years of aging. It is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from 14 terroirs, including 91% Grands Crus and 9% Premiers Crus.
Salon Le Mesnil 1964 is an exceptional Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. This vintage is the fruit of an exceptional year for viticulture, offering raisins of superior quality which have been carefully selected to produce the Salon Le Mesnil 1964 champagne.
Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel Blanc de Noirs combines Pinot Noir, the House's historic grape variety, with Pinot Meunier in a delicate blend. The diversity of the terroirs from which the 10 selected "crus" come, allows the complexity of the black grape varieties to be sublimated in a fruity and elegant Champagne.
The grapes selected for the Cuvée Passation 2008 come from the best Grands Crus of Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur-Oger and Pinot Noir from Bouzy, giving an extraordinary and harmonious blend. Symbol of its rarity due to its production and vintage, the 2008 Cuvée Passation is a cuvée limited to 410 magnums.
Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Collection embodies the interpretation of a particular year by the cellar master, thus revealing the unique personality of each vintage. 15 years of aging gave birth to the Grand Vintage Collection 2002 champagne.
The Cuvée GRANDE VALLEE replaces the emblematic Cuvée Réserve. Its name comes from the terroirs of Mareuil, Mutigny, Avenay, Épernay and Festigny from which it is elaborated and wonderfully illustrating this geological inlay of chalk and clay which marks the Marne Valley.
