Clos Mireille is a very old property which was acquired by Marcel Ott in the 1930s, captivated by the exceptional location facing the Mediterranean Sea and this atypical terroir. This Rosé Cuvée is totally unique, full of power, a reflection of the schistous soils and saline soil of the Clos Mireille vineyard.

Cuvée 747 from Maison Jacquesson is made from the 2019 harvest of the Ay, Dizy Hautvillers and Champillon terroirs (75%) and the Avize and Oiry terroirs (25%). A few reserve wines from the Domaine complete the blend.

The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.

Cuvée Rubis is a Champagne in homage to greediness with a blend of 90% Pinot Noir (including 15% red wine) and 10% Chardonnay from Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The wines spend 10 months aging in oak barrels to bring power and complexity.

Zacapa 23 is made using an aging process derived from the “sistema solera” technique, during which rums of different ages and profiles are blended and then aged in a succession of barrels.
