In the vast concrete warehouses of the Kavalan distillery, the barrels are organized on different levels according to their size in order to obtain the best maturation conditions. From the Solist range, a collection of the distillery's best cask strength bottlings, Kavalan Fino Sherry Cask has been entirely aged in barrels that contained “fino” type sherry wine. Bottled without reduction and without cold filtration, it is a whiskey of great richness, very delicious and with a lot of substance.
