Founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, Billecart-Salmon is one of the oldest and most respected Champagne houses. Deutz Blanc de Blancs Millésimé is a perfectly crafted cuvée with a nose of remarkable finesse and minerality. Chardonnay brings notes of verbena, ripe white fruit and dried white flowers to the palate.
Les Prémices by Egly-Ouriet perfectly expresses the domaine’s powerful, precise and deeply vinous style. The Brut Rosé from Maison Armand de Brignac is a real concentrate of aromatic power, lots of liveliness and fresh notes of red fruits thanks to a blend of Pinot Noir (50%), Pinot Meunier (40%) and Chardonnay (10%). Such as Brut Gold, Armand de Brignac has selected 3 great vintages for the elaboration in order to bring complexity to this Champagne of character.
PN AYC18 is the 4th edition of a new range created by Maison Bollinger to honor the Pinot Noir grape. This Champagne is made 100% with Pinot Noir coming mainly from the village of Ay (AYC) on the basis of the 2018 harvest. The blend is completed by reserve wines dating back to 2009
