Cuvée created in tribute to Louis, brother of Elisabeth Salmon, passionate about oenology and very involved in the development of wines since the creation of the House. This Vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne comes from the best plots of the Côte des Blancs, giving it purity and exceptional minerality.

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 is a Champagne with explosive harmony: a marriage of intensity, controlled tensions and great contrasts. The final blend reveals a unique Dom Pérignon characteristic of this very special vintage.

Rare Vintage 2013 expresses the signature of the house, combining a tropical touch and minerality, in two stages. Under an initially reserved appearance, gourmet, pastry and spicy notes develop in a saline, noble and ample tension. The cuvée is made with 70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir from 11 crus, including 7 classified Grand Crus and 3 classified Premier Crus.

This Cuvée is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest. This « Longue Garde » version of the Cuvée Eugène demonstrates the Meunier's ability to age while retaining all its freshness and tension with aging « sur lattes » for 60 months compared to 18 months for the Cuvée Eugène.

Egly-Ouriet Les Vignes de Vrigny is a Champagne produced only from Pinot Meunier on the terroir of Vrigny 1er Cru. This is an atypical cuvée reflecting the know-how of the Maison and offering brioche notes on a fine and creamy effervescence.

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is made from Chardonnay Première presse, coming exclusively from grands crus from the heart of the famous “Côte des Blancs”. A large proportion of reserve wines (25 vintages since 1985) are incorporated into the blend.

Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé 2012 is the choice of an exceptional year and a selection of the Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A rare and exceptional wine that expresses the character of a year in the style of Laurent-Perrier.
