Cuvée Rubis is a Champagne in homage to greediness with a blend of 90% Pinot Noir (including 15% red wine) and 10% Chardonnay from Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The wines spend 10 months aging in oak barrels to bring power and complexity.

Dizy Corne Bautray is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacquesson. This is a very confidential Champagne from a one hectare plot of Chardonnay planted on the lieu-dit Corne Bautray in the village of Dizy. The 2014 harvest is low in quantity but of remarkable quality.

Egly-Ouriet Millesime 2002 is a Champagne made from old vines from the estate located in Ambonnay, a terroir classified Grand Cru. A great cuvée for aging in an exceptional vintage!

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Noirs is made entirely from the first pressing of pinot noir grapes from four grand crus: Verzenay, Mailly, Verzy and Bouzy. The Grand Vintage Collection 2003 is the balanced result of difficult climatic conditions. After 14 years of aging in the cellar, the initial bitterness has softened and the finish has become unctuous, while remaining remarkably fresh, with notes of sap, fig and dark chocolate.
