This cuvée comes only from the village of Villers Allerand, precisely from the hamlet of the village of Montchenot which has the particularity of being the junction village between the small mountain and the big mountain, and shares the geology of the two regions (sand, clay and chalk).
Cuvée 748 from Maison Jacquesson is made from the 2020 harvest of the Ay, Dizy Hautvillers and Champillon terroirs (55%) and the Avize and Oiry terroirs (45%). A few reserve wines from the Domaine complete the blend.

Moussé Fils L’Or d’Eugène Rosé is a blended Rosé made from two perpetual reserves (solera) since 2003: one of white wines (Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir), and the other of red wines. The latter comes from the same plot of Meunier, and aged for 24 months in barrels over 8 years old.
Nicolas Maillart Les Loges is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne (100% Pinot Noir) from the village of Villers Allerand classified 1er cru. All the vinification is carried out in barrels.

Created by the founder of the house, Eugène Moussé, 100 years ago, this cuvée has become a reflection of the Moussé Fils terroir. It is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest.
Solessence Nature is the prolonged aging of the Solessence cuvée and without dosage. Time has refined the work, the wine is expressed in its natural balance. Production limited to around 3,500 bottles per year.
