A defender of agricultural tradition and always striving for excellence, Neisson continues to assert its know-how by producing this aged rum to mark its 85th anniversary. This blend of carefully selected vintages has been peacefully aged for 3 to 5 years in French oak and bourbon casks, in the small cellars of the distillery located in Le Carbet, on the slopes of the famous Montagne Pelée in northern Martinique. This version is the most subtle introduction to the sensory universe so recognizable of Neisson's aged rums, at once tender and robust. A rum with a strong, invigorating, gourmet character.

It benefits from an additional year of aging in toasted American oak barrels, which gives it a new, more structuring facet with intense smoky flavors.
