Hampden Pagos is the result of partnerships with two prestigious Jerez bodegas: Lustau and Fundador. Barrels from Andalusia were transferred to the Hampden Estate distillery. The first edition of Pagos was a blend of rums aged in Lustau oloroso and pedro ximenez casks.
This third batch of Hampden Pagos is a blend of 16 barrels of oloroso up to 30 years old from Bodegas Fundador, filled with Hampden distillates from the iconic HLCF (Hampden Light Continental Flavoured) mark. This version has an ester content of 374.1 g/HLAP.
To highlight the perfect harmony between sherry and the high ester content of Hampden Estate, Pagos has been bottled at 52%.
