Zacapa XO Centenario is a unique rum made from first-press sugarcane juice of incomparable sweetness unlike most rums which are made from molasses. Lorena Vasquez, Cellar Master, carefully selects rums, in order to obtain a perfect balance between sweetness and aromas of spices and fruit. Zacapa XO uses the “solera” system of other Zacapa references, which has the particularity of finishing its aging in oak barrels that have previously been used to age premium cognac.
Eminente Reserva embodies the 19th century Cuban rum revival, crafted by the island's youngest master rum maker and aged for a minimum of 7 years in white oak barrels. It is a unique type of rum composed of 70% aged aguardientes, the highest proportion of all Cuban rums.
