Founded in 1842 in Martinique, La Favorite is one of the island’s last family-owned distilleries, passionately preserving the tradition of rhum agricole. Located in Fort-de-France, the distillery still operates with steam power, using artisanal methods that ensure the authenticity and aromatic richness of its rums.
La Favorite rums are crafted exclusively from freshly pressed sugarcane juice, harvested by hand and distilled in copper column stills. This process captures the full expression of Martinique’s terroir, resulting in rums with intense and refined flavors.
