Maxime Trijol Fins Bois 1975 is a rich vintage and bears witness to the beautiful complexity of the Cognac terroir through its subtle notes: violet, notes of "fresh hazelnut" or even roasted hazelnut are melted with the notes of wood.

This rare Cognac comes from the commune la Brousse, near Matha, from a small farm. The producer born in 1952 still owns cognacs distilled by his father and grandfather.
