Bollinger La Grande Année 2015 is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from 11 different Crus: mainly Ay and Verzenay for the Pinot Noir, Chouilly and Avize for the Chardonnay.

Cristal Vinothèque 1997 celebrates the astonishing adventure of a few bottles kept for more than 20 years in the Louis Roederer cellars, in search of the perfect balance. The cuvée was aged 15 years on slats, then 5 years on « pointes » and benefited from a rest of 4 years after disgorgement.
