Two plots have been selected in the heart of the village of Avize on the lieux-dits called “Chemin de Plivot” and “Chemin de Flavigny”. These two terroirs have similar characteristics: very calcareous soil, 50-year-old vines drawing delicate floral scents and a unique mineral density.
