Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Bollinger is synonymous with quality, tradition, and excellence. Since its inception, this family-run house has distinguished itself through its unique style and unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional champagnes. Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs is made from a very selective blend of Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Côte de Sézanne and Montgueux. Roger Brun Ay la Pelle 2018 is a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne coming exclusively from the "La Pelle" plot located on the Ay terroir classified as Grand Cru.
Roger Brun Réserve Familiale 2006 is a Champagne for connoisseurs made from the best Ay and Avize terroirs of Domaine Roger Brun. Available only in great vintages and after long aging. Magnums disgorged in 2021.
Pinot Noir vines planted in 1993 at Terres Rouges. Its name comes from the color of the calcareous red-brown soil of this particular terroir. Only 10,462 bottles and 509 magnums were produced.
