Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage is a free creation of the Cellar Master, from a selection of the most remarkable wines produced during a single year. The Grand Vintage 2016 is the reflection of a harvest of black grapes of exceptional quality. They revealed a remarkable maturity, with a powerful and fruity nose as well as a fleshy final note.
Dizy Corne Bautray is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacquesson. This is a very confidential Champagne from a one hectare plot of Chardonnay planted on the lieu-dit Corne Bautray in the village of Dizy. The 2014 harvest is low in quantity but of remarkable quality.
