This exceptional creation is made from three unpeated French malt distillates, each aged in different types of barrels: old cognac barrels, new French oak barrels from Limousin and new American oak barrels. The resulting blend is then matured in barrels that previously held exceptionally old cognacs, until the flavor profile reaches perfect balance.
