Glenmorangie The Cadboll Estate, a 15-year-old whisky, pays homage to the Scottish Highlands region through its organoleptic qualities. Its first ageing, in bourbon barrels, gives it gourmet notes and this creamy side. This is its second ageing, in casks that have contained Amontillado, which introduces notes of spices and nuts. These flavors are particularly reminiscent of the terroir of Jerez, the Spanish cradle of Amontillado.

At each stage of the tasting, Oban surprises with its character halfway between land and sea. It is a reflection of the terroir from which this malt comes: the Western Highlands. To accentuate the flavors of iodine and sea air during Oban's second maturation, its master distiller chose Fino Montilla casks, which enhance the elegance of the malt with delicate, woody notes.
Knockando Master Reserve 21 years old is a single malt with a triple maturation: first and second in Bourbon barrels and third in Sherry barrels. This particularity gives it a surprisingly soft depth and woody structure.
