Château de Beaucastel wines are crafted primarily from the traditional grape varieties of the appellation, including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault for reds, and Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette for whites. The cuvées are distinguished by their aromatic depth and remarkable structure. The reds feature aromas of ripe black fruits, spices, leather, and tobacco, with notes of garrigue and licorice. On the palate, they reveal a rich, velvety texture with fine tannins and a long, complex finish. The whites offer aromas of white fruits, honey, flowers, and a broad, balanced palate with a beautiful minerality.
