Audry Reserve Aristide is a very old Grande Champagne cognac bottled out of the barrel at 50% vol. after 5 decades of aging. An astonishing bouquet of aromas invades you in successive waves: spice, roasted pear, black pepper, liquorice, fig, nutmeg, cloves, honey, violet ...

A cognac of remarkable finesse and roundness which is distinguished by its subtle notes of dried flowers, candied apricots and liquorice. On the palate, the wood is perfectly integrated, offering a pleasant texture and exceptional length. A pleasant rancio subtly completes the finish, creating a harmonious and memorable tasting experience.

This Cognac comes from a property in Bonneuil, one of the best terroirs in Grande Champagne. The 3 barrels that Grosperrin bought in 2012 from this family come from the joint ownership of André Noblet, who had made 3 different blends with his own father's eaux-de-vie. This is one of them.
