Baron Otard Collection du Roi No.3 is an Hors d’age cognac, a rare and complex blend of aged eaux-de-vie selected from the historic Château de Cognac reserves, crafted by the Cellar Master. Bottled in a mouth-blown crystal decanter inspired by the crown jewels of Francois Ier, and presented in a handcrafted case of leather, silk, lacquer and gold leaf. On the nose, aromas of plum blossom, walnut, warm spices—especially nutmeg—tinged with candied orange and fine oak. The palate opens generously with prune and rich rancio, followed by candied fruits and a delicate spice finish
