Rare Vintage 2013 expresses the signature of the house, combining a tropical touch and minerality, in two stages. Under an initially reserved appearance, gourmet, pastry and spicy notes develop in a saline, noble and ample tension. The cuvée is made with 70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir from 11 crus, including 7 classified Grand Crus and 3 classified Premier Crus.

The diversity of the terroirs from which the 10 selected "crus" come, allows the complexity of the black grape varieties to be sublimated in a fruity and elegant Champagne.
