Macallan Harmony Collection Intense Arabica is the second edition in the limited annual release series, this special single malt exudes flavours of sweet oak, tiramisu and dark chocolate, and provides a delightful whisky and coffee pairing experience.

The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

To celebrate its 115th anniversary, Maison Bache-Gabrielsen has created Liberté. This Cognac in a limited edition of 500 bottles is an exclusive blend of two Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie dating from 1944 and 1945.
