The Collection of Vintage Cognacs from Maison Godet is one of the largest in the region, ranging from 1814 to present day. Godet Millesime 1933 Grande Champagne is a Cognac from a single year and a single cru to reveal all its characteristics.
Old gold color, almost amber. The nose is marked by gourmet notes of ripe plums, plums, spices (cardamom, turmeric, black pepper) and exotic woods (warm cedar, sandalwood). Around all this, we find the characteristic rancio of old Cognacs close to maturity. On the palate, again this fruity (ripe plum, prune, chocolate with cinnamon) and spicy (nutmeg, tobacco) delicacy.
Frapin Millésime 1995 was distilled on lees and then aged for 25 years in sealed casks in the cellars of Domaine Frapin to guarantee the authenticity of the vintage. This long aging brings great aromatic complexity and an elegance specific to Frapin Cognacs.
Remi Landier XO Artisanal is a delicate and gourmet eau-de-vie. This Cognac comes from the Fins Bois cru where the Landier family has been established since 1890. Very fruity, it is marked by notes of spices, orange and violet.
Agrapart Terroirs is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the Grands Crus terroirs of Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry. The cuvée is non-vintage because it is blended with grand cru reserve wines, half aged in demi-muids.
Prunier 30 Years Old is a pure Grande Champagne from the hills around St Preuil, aged from distillation in old barrels in an extremely damp cellar, resulting in an unusually pale colour for a 30 year old. A wonderfully natural cognac, with minimal wood.
