This special Hennessy XO edition is an artistic collaboration with Liu Wei, a renowned Chinese contemporary artist. Designed to celebrate the Chinese New Year, it combines the excellence of Hennessy XO cognac with a captivating artistic aesthetic.

Delamotte Brut is a Champagne made from 3 Champagne grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay which provides structure, 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay for depth and fruity aromas. Finally 5% of Pinot Meunier complete the aromatic density.

Prunier 70 Years Old is composed of rare Petite Champagne from the late second World War, this intensely aromatic cognac has reached 44.8% by natural evaporation.

A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N ° 8 comes from the House's old Cognacs Grande Champagne stocks. Despite its high alcohol content, 47%, it does not provide any aggressiveness to the palate thanks to a very long aging in humid cellars causing slow evaporation. Remarkable finesse!

Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. To celebrate its 115th anniversary, Maison Bache-Gabrielsen has created Liberté. This Cognac in a limited edition of 500 bottles is an exclusive blend of two Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie dating from 1944 and 1945. Each has spent more than 70 years in oak barrels to reveal delicate and harmonious aromas.
