Fino Sherry Matured 2023 Edition is the second official release of Fino Sherry from Kilchoman distillery. It was matured for a minimum of five years in 20 fino sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin. Maturation in ex-fino sherry casks has given the whisky layers of minerality, oak and maple syrup which pair nicely with the natural citrus sweetness and maritime peat smoke of Kilchoman.
The “Legacy” single casks pay tribute to Tormore’s history and to the people who shaped it. Distillery Director Polly Logan has personally selected several vintage casks, all matured in ex-bourbon barrels whose woody character beautifully enhances Tormore’s naturally fruity and refined style.
