This exceptional Cognac was distilled in the 1970s by Guy Laurichesse, using a 12-hectolitre copper still that remains in operation at the family estate in Verrières. It represents a rare legacy and reflects decades of artisanal expertise.
Today, his son Olivier honours his father’s remarkable work through the “Le Chai de Mon Père” range, showcasing patiently aged eaux-de-vie from the family cellars.
Each cask is carefully selected and bottled in its purest form: no dilution, no colouring, no additives, allowing the original character and authenticity of Guy Laurichesse’s distillations to shine through.
