Lot N°76 is an exceptional blend of great Grande Champagne Cognacs, matured to perfection in old casks. Lot n°76 immediately establishes its quality on the nose, which exhibits a wealth of caramelised peaches, almond and candied fruit aromas. This carries on magnificently through to the palate, with rich, delicate flavours of nuts and dried fruits.

A complex, rather classic Cognac. A late summer nose with notes of very ripe fruit, taped pears and prunes. On the palate, power and freshness (lime blossom, hawthorn), which allows you to calmly approach all its complexity. A superb Cognac, for lovers of fine, natural classics.

Prunier 60 Years Old is a 100% Petite Champagne from the mid-50’s and showing all the signs of ideal ageing conditions in a cool, damp cellar. Down to 45.4% entirely naturally.

Maxime Trijol Lot Nr 55 is a cask strength Cognac bottled in 2023 with a natural alcohol content of 53.7% which comes from the premier cru terroir: Grande Champagne. Limited edition of 200 bottles.

Hardy Noces de Perle is a blend of 10 Grande Champagne Cognacs from around 30 years old. The nose is marked by elegant aromas of raisins and dried flowers. On the palate, the attack is slightly peppery then vanilla.

Louis XIII, is since 1874, a tribute to the blend of the oldest and most refined eaux-de-vie of Maison Rémy Martin. All come from the Premier Cru of the Cognac region: Grande Champagne and are slowly aged in large grain oak barrels, mainly from the forests of Limousin. Each sip is a real journey through time.
