Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs Vintage is a pure, tight, fine, brilliant wine. A length, a concentration that make it a simply delicious Champagne. 2016 Vintage comes from "La Côte" plot on the Grand Cru terroir of Avize.
Nicolas Maillart Les Loges is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne (100% Pinot Noir) from the village of Villers Allerand classified 1er cru. All the vinification is carried out in barrels.

Agrapart Terroirs is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the Grands Crus terroirs of Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry. The cuvée is non-vintage because it is blended with grand cru reserve wines, half aged in demi-muids.
De Venoge Grand Vin des Princes 1973 is a Champagne created initially for the Princes of Orange and then marketed more generally from 1858. The bottle is a replica of a 19th century Champagne carafe.
Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2014 is produced exclusively from the first, purest press of Chardonnay grands crus from the heart of the Côte des Blancs: Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, 20% of which are vinified in small barrels of old oak.
Cuvée 748 from Maison Jacquesson is made from the 2020 harvest of the Ay, Dizy Hautvillers and Champillon terroirs (55%) and the Avize and Oiry terroirs (45%). A few reserve wines from the Domaine complete the blend.
