Hommage A William Deutz La Cote Glaciere is a single-varietal (Pinot Noir) and single-terroir (La Cote Glaciere plot in Aÿ) cuvée. The Cellar Master of Maison Deutz decided to vinify this plot of Aÿ separately to highlight the nobility of the wine, the terroir and the Pinot Noir grape variety.

Egly-Ouriet Blanc de Noirs Vieilles Vignes is a Cuvée from a Pinot Noir vine, lieu-dit “Les Crayères”, planted in 1946 and 1947 on an exceptional terroir in the Ambonnay vineyard classified as a Grand Cru.

Distilled in the 1970s by Pierre, this cognac represents “rancio” at its peak. Nose where plum and apricot, candied, brioche and cigar box mingle. Ample and shimmering on the palate, very smooth aromatic complexity. A voluptuous experience full of sensuality. Exceptionally long finish.

Frapin Millésime 1990 was distilled on lees and then aged for 30 years in sealed casks in the cellars of Domaine Frapin to guarantee the authenticity of the vintage. This long aging brings great aromatic complexity and an elegance specific to Frapin Cognacs.
