Clynelish 10 Year Old “The Jazz Crescendo” Special Release 2023 is a charming single malt with attractive and vibrant aromas. Matured exclusively in American oak barrels, first-fill bourbon. These barrels allow notes of caramel and vanilla spices to be revealed, while retaining the excellent character of the distillery.

The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

Nikka From The Barrel is a blend of grain whisky and Miyagikyo and Yoichi single malts, showcasing the expertise of Nikka's master blenders. Hardy Noces de Perle is a blend of 10 Grande Champagne Cognacs from around 30 years old. The nose is marked by elegant aromas of raisins and dried flowers. On the palate, the attack is slightly peppery then vanilla.
