Audry Collection 78 is a unique eau-de-vie, a very old Grande Champagne from 1978. This 49° "brut de fût" is a 1978 single cask with an infinitely complex aromatic palette, a sensory journey, an invitation to contemplation in a resolutely Audry style. Limited edition of only 288 numbered decanters, enhanced by a hand-made, custom-made ceramic cap.

The Abyss cuvée is a very unique Champagne which has aged underwater for 1 year. These special aging conditions highlight during the tasting a mineral and chalky signature, reflecting the great terroirs of Champagne.

Louis XIII, is since 1874, a tribute to the blend of the oldest and most refined eaux-de-vie of Maison Rémy Martin. All come from the Premier Cru of the Cognac region: Grande Champagne and are slowly aged in large grain oak barrels, mainly from the forests of Limousin. Each sip is a real journey through time.
