Audry Exception is a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, more commonly known as Fine Champagne. The youngest Cognacs in the blend are 40 years old and the oldest 60 years old.

Braastad XO Superior, as the name suggests, is an improved blend of the traditional XO. It is made from a selection of eaux-de-vie aged 15 to 25 years from complementary terroirs: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois.

Lot N°76 is an exceptional blend of great Grande Champagne Cognacs, matured to perfection in old casks. Lot n°76 immediately establishes its quality on the nose, which exhibits a wealth of caramelised peaches, almond and candied fruit aromas. This carries on magnificently through to the palate, with rich, delicate flavours of nuts and dried fruits.

Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. Braastad XO Fine Champagne is a blend of the best Grande and Petite Champagne Cognacs of the House. The Fine Champagne denomination is obtained with a minimum of 50% coming from Grande Champagne and the rest from Petite Champagne.
