Vallein-Tercinier Single Cask 1995 Borderies is a very old Cognac distilled in 1995 from vines located on the Borderies Cru. The eau-de-vie spent 28 years in oak barrels before being bottled in 2023 "Brut de Fût".

Hennessy X.X.O was created in 1870 at the same time as Hennessy X.O, when the Master-Blender Emile Fillioux chose to reserve eaux-de-vie with promising potential. With the know-how inherited from his family and a 50-year career at Maison Hennessy, Yann Fillioux, 7th generation of Master-Assemblers, decided to recreate Hennessy X.X.O in 2018.

Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. Iconic cognac throughout the world, Hennessy XO was created in 1870 by Maurice Hennessy and Emile Fillioux. Driven by their taste for old eaux-de-vie, they create this rich and complex blend and baptize it Extra Old, one of the first of this name, which is now known worldwide.
