The Collection of Vintage Cognacs from Maison Godet is one of the largest in the region, ranging from 1814 to present day. Godet Millesime 1975 Fins Bois is a Cognac from a single year and a single cru to reveal all its characteristics.

Prunier XXO is a blend of two vintage Brut de Fût eaux-de-vie from Fins Bois from 1992 and 1996, resulting from aging in humid cellars. The two eaux-de-vie were stored in barrels sealed by a bailiff, which gives a total and transparent guarantee of their aging period. Limited edition of 500 numbered bottles.

Hennessy X.X.O was created in 1870 at the same time as Hennessy X.O, when the Master-Blender Emile Fillioux chose to reserve eaux-de-vie with promising potential. With the know-how inherited from his family and a 50-year career at Maison Hennessy, Yann Fillioux, 7th generation of Master-Assemblers, decided to recreate Hennessy X.X.O in 2018.

Maison Prunier offers these old vintage Cognacs "brut de fûts", produced in just a few hundred bottles per vintage. This edition comes from the 1990 harvest from the Grande Champagne terroir and bottled with its natural alcohol degree. Supplied in a wooden box.

Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. This limited edition Cognac comes exclusively from the vines of Chateau de Triac, owned by Maison Tiffon. The Cellar Master has selected the best eaux-de-vie from the Chateau's cellar after aging for half a century. It is a sophisticated cognac: a complex nose but with a lot of finesse. Very beautiful harmony and length in the mouth.

Audry XO is a blend of equal parts of Grandes and Petites Champagnes, also called Fine Champagne. First scents of black pepper, vanilla then floral and spicy touches. Old leather and hint of citrus. The nose is hazelnut, toast, anise, white flowers then mint. Silky and voluptuous entry in the mouth, bittersweet, nuances of dark caramel and almond. Very well blended blend....

This very old and rare unblended cognac comes from a single cask and represents the epitome of what can be achieved with the finest eau-de-vie, aged to maximum maturity across several generations of Delamain stewardship. This cognac has been considered so exceptional and so perfect that it has been bottled at cask strength, without any blending or reduction.
