Habitation Velier Foursquare High Ester is an exciting new addition to this range. This limited edition is a blend of rums distilled from Foursquare's famous double-twisted pot still: a rum produced from molasses fermented with breeding yeasts on one side, and another produced from pure juice cane fermented with native yeasts.

Produced in Barbados by the renowned Foursquare distillery, this 16-year-old rum pays tribute to legendary photographer Elliot Erwitt. Distilled in 2005 and fully matured under tropical conditions in ex-bourbon casks, it offers remarkable intensity and depth.
