Dudognon Folle Blanche Cognac is made from 100% Folle Blanche grapes. This ancestral grape variety, mainly present in the 19th century in Charente, then ravaged by phylloxera, was reintroduced on the Dudognon estate. Hennessy X.X.O was created in 1870 at the same time as Hennessy X.O, when the Master-Blender Emile Fillioux chose to reserve eaux-de-vie with promising potential. With the know-how inherited from his family and a 50-year career at Maison Hennessy, Yann Fillioux, 7th generation of Master-Assemblers, decided to recreate Hennessy X.X.O in 2018.
