Dudognon Folle Blanche Cognac is made from 100% Folle Blanche grapes. This ancestral grape variety, mainly present in the 19th century in Charente, then ravaged by phylloxera, was reintroduced on the Dudognon estate. This early and sensitive variety requires special attention but brings very fine and persistent aromas.

The rarest and oldest Cognac from Maison Maxime Trijol. An aging of several decades that a generation will develop for the next generation.

This limited edition Cognac comes exclusively from the vines of Chateau de Triac, owned by Maison Tiffon. The Cellar Master has selected the best eaux-de-vie from the Chateau's cellar after aging for half a century. It is a sophisticated cognac: a complex nose but with a lot of finesse. Very beautiful harmony and length in the mouth.

Symphonie des Terroirs N°1 is the result of a collaboration between producers of four crus from the Cognac region, Jean-Luc Pasquet having served as master blender for the project in the 1990s. Lot number L.31Y represents the average age of the eaux-de-vie. Limited edition, this cognac was only produced in 534 bottles.

Hennessy X.X.O was created in 1870 at the same time as Hennessy X.O, when the Master-Blender Emile Fillioux chose to reserve eaux-de-vie with promising potential. With the know-how inherited from his family and a 50-year career at Maison Hennessy, Yann Fillioux, 7th generation of Master-Assemblers, decided to recreate Hennessy X.X.O in 2018.
