Symphonie des Terroirs N°1 is the result of a collaboration between producers of four crus from the Cognac region, Jean-Luc Pasquet having served as master blender for the project in the 1990s. Lot number L.31Y represents the average age of the eaux-de-vie. Limited edition, this cognac was only produced in 534 bottles.

Dudognon Folle Blanche Cognac is made from 100% Folle Blanche grapes. This ancestral grape variety, mainly present in the 19th century in Charente, then ravaged by phylloxera, was reintroduced on the Dudognon estate. This early and sensitive variety requires special attention but brings very fine and persistent aromas.

Bord de Mer is the first Cognac from Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet from the Borderies terroir. It is a blend with an average age of 30 years (L.30Y) with the characteristic freshness of Borderies. Ideal for tasting on sunny days, it was quite naturally that it was named Bord de Mer. Limited Edition of 309 bottles.
