Maxime Trijol Fins Bois 1979 is a Cognac with an orange color with copper reflections. Powerful, ample with floral, cooked fruit and cinnamon and vanilla spice notes, this eau-de-vie has a beautiful complexity complemented by aromas of dried nuts and hazelnuts.

Bord de Mer is the first Cognac from Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet from the Borderies terroir. It is a blend with an average age of 30 years (L.30Y) with the characteristic freshness of Borderies. Ideal for tasting on sunny days, it was quite naturally that it was named Bord de Mer. Limited Edition of 309 bottles.
